About me
Samantha Jo Pfisterer is a Nevada-based poet and storyteller drawn to themes of becoming, resilience, and love in all its forms. Her debut anthology, Before I Knew Better (and Other Poems of Becoming), explores growth through heartbreak, healing, and self-discovery. When she isn’t writing, she’s building immersive fantasy worlds, collaborating on creative projects with fellow authors, or adventuring beneath wide desert skies and mountain horizons. Samantha believes stories, whether poetry or prose, are storms that shape us, and she writes to honor the beauty found on the other side of them.
